Supa Collins Mandiwanzira (born 18 September 1972) is a Zimbabwean journalist and politician who was the Minister for Information Communication Technology (2014-2017) and later the Minister for Information Communication Technology and Cyber Security in the Cabinet of Zimbabwe from November 2017 until September 2018.

His previous position was combined with cybersecurity. He is a part of the Zanu-PF political party. He was the creator and director of ZiFM Stereo radio station, as well as the on-line ZiTV station.

He was on BBC’s HARDtalk TV program on May 13, 2014, in support of his position on the Zimbabwean administration’s policy.

In July 2018, he won re-election to his Nyanga South assembly seat.

In September 2018 he was replaced as Minister Of ICT and Cyber Security by Kazembe Kazembe.
